For over 25 years, our two principals have perfected the art of recruiting, staffing, selection and placement. In 2008, Leslie and Beth joined forces and opened Human Resource Innovators. The company has experienced great success and growth over the past 10 years.
Leslie Lupu | Partner
Leslie built her recruiting career on the belief that to be a successful Recruiter you must focus on both the candidate and the client. It is a two-way street. A Recruiter can positively impact someone’s life while helping their clients meet their business needs. This is what Leslie loves to do! Building strong business relationships, communicating clearly and honestly and working to recruit great candidates is why she enjoys her role as a Partner in Human Resource Innovators.
Prior to opening HRI, Leslie spent 15 years with Boston Market Restaurants. She has significant expertise in creatively identifying methods for improving recruitment and retention in the workplace. In her role as Director of Human Resources, Leslie designed and implemented highly successful HR initiative and supervised six Recruiters.
Leslie is a graduate of Purdue University. She served as a board member for the Employer’s Association of FL and served as a member of the Woman’s Food Service Forum and the Society of Human Resource Management.
Beth Barrar | Partner
Destined to be a matchmaker, Beth enjoys working with clients and candidates to find the best match for the company and the candidate. . In today’s market in addition to the hard skills - personality, work ethic, and drive are an important part of the search.
Beth enjoys working with a variety of positions and learning everything about both the company and candidates. She takes pride in the fact that she has experience placing executive, mid-level candidates and entry level candidates.
While at Human Resource Innovators some of the position she has placed are Architects, Engineers, General Managers, Construction professionals, Hospitality Professionals, Accountants, Interior Designers and Administrative Assistants and entry level candidates.
Prior to partnering with Leslie in 2008, Beth was a VP at Hastings and Hastings Personnel for many years and was a top producer and Manager. A Miami native, and UF graduate Beth has a wide range of knowledge and connections in South Florida.
