We offer our Permanent and Executive Search services on a contingency basis. Clients only pay a fee when a candidate begins employment. Our process is personalized for each client company. We work to build long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial to both our clients and applicants.

Partner
We partner with our clients to understand their company culture and define the skills and experience required for the open position.
Plan
A customized recruiting plan is formulated which targets qualified applicants.
Interview
HRI Recruiters interview applicants using behavioral interviewing techniques. Recruiters then determine if the candidate is a “fit” for the position and if their skills and experience meet the needs of the client. They also ascertain if the applicant is genuinely interested in the company and position.
Present
Candidate resumes along with an interview synopsis for each qualified applicant are emailed to the client.
Coordinate
We assist with coordinating the interviews between the candidates and client and subsequently obtain and share the feedback from both the applicant and client.
Offer/Hire
We provide employment verification, assist with any negotiations and assist in compiling a formal offer of employment.
Temporary Staffing Services
We maintain a pool of talented temporary employees who can assist employers in cost effective manner, and supplement their staff during peak business times. Additionally, our temps can "fill-in" short or long term to cover planned or unexpected leaves of absence. A temporary employee can be utilized to assist a company while it is conducting a search for a new permanent employee. We offer competitive hourly rates and exceptionally talented individuals. Our Guarantee
We work on a contingency basis, a fee for our services is due once the candidate begins employment. Additionally, we provide a 90 day candidate replacement guarantee. If a candidate should leave or should a client dismiss a candidate within in their first 90 days of employment, we will replace the candidate for no additional fee.
